Through my expertise, I’ve helped a myriad of clients successfully launch new food and drink brands – from product ideation and innovation, mentoring, non-exec director roles,  brand strategy creation, commercial planning, preparing investment strategies and launch plans.

All of my services are tailored to suit specific client needs to ensure they get best value. This spans from ad-hoc advise by the hour to full project delivery so please do ask if my standard services aren’t what you’re looking for.

As a guide to the required investment, here are my fixed-fee options that I offer including my mentoring packages:

Mentoring Ad-Hoc sessions | £125/hour

If you need a sounding board or advice in relation to a particular issue, then this is ideal for you. Fast and simple on the phone, Zoom, Google or Teams. Can be booked in multiple hours as quarter, half or all day sessions if you need in-depth advice or have a project which you want to discuss in detail. Email today to book a slot.

Extended Mentoring | A flexible approach to helping you

I mentor individuals or teams, undertaking workshops typically from half a day to three days in duration. These provide the structure, advice and stimulus to shape and define new product opportunities or to implement a change of business direction for example. Or it may be that you are just looking for help or advice in relation to a particular aspect of your project or services – in which case I can offer you support and mentoring in affordable one hour chunks as and when you need it.

Appetiser | Intensive workshop, concept evaluation, commercials, brand equities & outline project plan for your product concept | £2,750

If you’re right at the start of your project, then this is ideally suited to you. (Note, there is an additional stage in advance of this for projects that require ideation and innovation. Take a look here.)  Through an intensive one-day workshop session (in London or another location by agreement), we’ll discuss and explore all elements shown in 2. Getting Started and 3.Brand.

 

Once we’ve booked our session, I’ll send through a Fact Finder to ensure that I have the required information to enable me to undertake research and preparatory activity including looking at your objectives, product concept, competitors and so on.

Following on from the workshop, I’ll prepare a comprehensive strategy document incorporating product concept optimisation, manufacturing options, commercial analysis, your brand equities and an initial project plan. This defines your next steps and is accompanied by outline timeframes and indicative costs. (Presented in PowerPoint format and typically around 200 pages.) A La Carte | Intensive workshop, ideation, outline project plan & follow on with no identified product | £15,000+

This covers everything in Main Course but is structured to additionally include ideation and innovation activity when you wish to identify potential product ideas rather than present your own idea. Full Menu | Customised full project delivery plan

In addition to my fixed fee packages, I provide end to end project management and delivery. After an initial chat to gain an understanding of your needs, I provide an indication of the likely level of investment needed. Or given a couple of days, a proposal detailing all stages of work supplemented with an initial project plan and schedule.

Non-Exec Diretor Roles

I combine mentoring with attendance at board meetings to help businesses ensure that they are achieving their objectives and to provide a sounding board for day to day operational issues as well as longer-term strategic and business planning.
