Little Cook Box is a delivered recipe box concept aimed specifically at children.
Each meal is meticulously created to provide perfectly balanced nutrition in line with government dietary guidelines.
Work started with recipe development and nutritional profiling analysis leading onto taste trials with children. Initial cost modelling of each recipe followed along with identification of potential suppliers.
Core to the concept is a bespoke designed, compartmentalised tray which segregates the individual ingredients with the flexibility to match the requirements of the extensive recipe portfolio.
Other work included manufacturing planning, supplier nomination, recipe costings, manufacturing site search, manufacturing fit out, kit installation and key staff identification.
