Mini food survey results

A big thank you to everyone who took part in my mini food  survey from a couple of weeks ago and as promised, here are the results.

Q1. Overall economic restraints was the response ranked highest as challenging the status quo of the Big Five. The increase in local shopping was seen as least important.

Q2. Reduction in meat consumption coupled with a desire to eat more healthily were most chosen as impacting on what we choose to eat. The increase in food intolerances was also seen as very important.

Q3. Looking for reduced and low sugar products closely followed by a desire to eat more healthily were ranked highest. Looking for less processed food was ranked lowest.

It was interesting to see that environmental and ethical reasons were more highly ranked than both vegetarian and vegan in Question 2 which looked at overall food equity.
