As well as working with new brands, I help and advise established brands with food brand creation or work with them to shape rebrand strategies for the next stage of their business growth.
As brands grow, new challenges present themselves. For example a brand which has worked beautifully in independents and speciality stores may need a visual makeover to increase its on-shelf impact so it can stand out within multiple retailers where it finds itself competing with numerous brands.
Or it may be that new market entrants have impacted negatively on sales and there is a need to revisit the market positioning and other strategic brand elements.
Another common challenge is that which arises through the introduction of new flavour variants and the need to revisit the range colour palette and potentially the brand identity colour too.

This move may also need a relook at the brand and its key messaging.
